January Video Round-up: New year, new goals!

Happy New Year guys!

I’m declaring 2015 as the ‘Year of the Vlog’! Are you with me? I think it’d be fun to have an ongoing project within this round-up, to help and encourage people who would love to give vlogging a go but are a bit nervous or don’t know where to start. So how about we showcase your out-takes each month?

I always ask you for your vlogs to be included in the roundup but if you have any funny out-takes, I’d like to feature those too! Don’t be shy – send me any blog posts that you do that include video. It doesn’t really matter if they don’t fit the monthly theme. The theme is there to provide a prompt or inspiration for bloggers who are not sure what to vlog about, but I will consider any video (as long as it isn’t offensive etc!)

Also, I want to clarify that if you have done a video for a product review, Brand Ambassadorship or sponsored post – it’s ok to send it in! The more video the better! But we have a ‘rule’ – the video needs to be embedded into a blog post on your blog. Please don’t send me a link to YouTube… I want to link to your blog!

So let’s get to the blogging/vlogging action! I did a post this month called ‘This is MY Leeds‘. It is a travel post about my home town. I hope you like it.

Jen from JenJBBoutique is giving her weight loss goals and strategy for shifting the weight an airing in this post. I’m wishing her all the best of luck as she prepares for her summer wedding.

Lauren from Blogger Mummy Lauren has a post about fitness which includes a vlog. Have you done a ‘new year, new you’ kind of resolution? If so, check out her post!

Here’s a festive vlog from Rachel at It’s Just Me And My Life – plug in your earphones for clearer sound and enjoy!

Nathalie from Buttercup Bus had an unusual way to wish her readers a ‘Merry Christmas’ last month. It was tied into a Christmas competition which unfortunately, is now closed, but I liked her vlog anyway!

Lisa from Family Life In Spain has put together a video about a visit to MIMA Malaga with tips for if you go there!

Kirstie from The Family Adventure Project wants us to ‘Just Say Yes More‘!! This isn’t just a travel post – it’s a life philosophy too! The post has a fab video and some really cool photos.
Kirstie often does very thoughtful posts – check out this one too. It’s an oldie but a goodie – about ‘Bucket Lists’!
