Lalalala love! If you cannot guess, it is the month of love and so this BritMums Video Round-up post is all about the lovely stuff!
This month I was busy in the vlogosphere, making a few videos but I did two around the theme of love. In this post on JuggleMum, I show you the fab flowers I got and my six year old and I discuss love. Warning – it’s seriously cute!
For Valentine’s Day, I decided to make some ‘Love Puds‘ and this vlog shows you how you can make them too. This recipe is a great one for the slimmers!
Kirstie from Family Adventure Project has been very productive so far this year. For this round-up she shares a sweet poem that she has written for her children, and has set it to a vlog of her kids. Take a look, it’s really beautiful.
Kirstie has also sent in THREE more vlogs that she’s done to include in this round-up! Yay Kirstie! She set herself a goal to do more video in 2014, and she is certainly doing that. So have a look at these vlogs then follow her lead! Here she goes:
Here’s a new post about her ‘microadventures‘ that has 14 videos embedded.
The Family Adventure Project gang went round Edinburgh on five scooters at New Year and here’s a fun video about that!
Finally, Kirstie has made it even easier for you to make videos as she has done a post with plenty of ‘how to’ tips in it! Check it out.
This round-up can only work if we have more video bloggers, so dust off your camcorders and give it a go! To be included in the monthly round-ups, you simply need to:
- Record an original video and embed it into your blog post that was published within the last few weeks.
- The video can be any subject or style (how to, reviews, talking to camera etc) but a theme will be issued every month and hopefully you this will inspire you to vlog on that theme! Use the themes as a prompt to do a vlog!
- It is the link to your blog post that I need – not your video on YouTube. I’m looking to promote your blogs that contain video, but as a knock on effect of that, your YouTube videos will get more views as people check out your posts!
- Send in your video submissions when you publish the posts so you don’t forget. The email address for submissions is JuggleMum@gmail.com. It will go into the next available round-up but the deadline for the current month is usually around the second week of the month.
If you have been meaning to get round to doing more video, then let this be your chance to get your vlogs into the spotlight!
Here was January’s video round-up.
This was December’s video round-up.
Happy vlogging and I need your vlogs in for the March round up by Friday 14th March on email to JuggleMum@gmail.com. For March, the theme is “Mum”. Interpret that how you wish!
