Charlotte is a mother of two and loves experimenting with food, creating new recipes and cooking for her family. On her blog she shares her straightforward delicious baking recipes and cooking tips. We especially love all the beautiful piping and mouthwatering icing recipes.
Lucy Parissi is passionate about baking and photography – on her blog she combines both, creating a selection of tasty recipes that are full of flavour and accomplishable in the home kitchen. London based, she grew up in Athens where she learnt that ‘food is fundamental to a happy, healthy life’. This is definitely reflected in her blog, where she produces mouthwatering recipes good for both the mind and soul. Jane is a food writer, photographer and blogger. ‘Baking cakes is my life,’ she says, although she loves savoury food (shhhh — we won’t tell). She documents her irresistible desserts on her blog, and features crowd-pleasing ingredients from the sweets shop like Kinder Bueno, Jammie Dodgers, Rolos and Oreos. Her delightful bakes and bubbly personality is bound to make your day a little brighter!

Jaqui is a freelance cookery writer, food stylist and passionate baker.
