Fitness Round-up: Motivational March

When it comes to fitness, keeping fit and healthy, many people often ask me where do I get my motivation? There is not a simple or easy answer to that.

I believe that different people respond to different things. Even I do not stick to just the same routines and love getting inspired and motivated by new things and people.

For me being healthy is the number one priority but on the other hand I will not say that looking great in my bikini is not important to me either as I would be lying. Feeling great and confident  in my body makes me happy and that also leads to a healthy mind.

I also get motivated when all my effort and hard work is being rewarded like lately being chosen as Women’s Running race series ambassador and of course all your lovely comments!

Nadine from Love Yourself Slim has done a great video on motivation. Do you respond better to “A kick up the arse or loving kindness?

Some people go for the Bootcamp thing, what do you say? Would that be enough of motivation for you?

Often people get more motivated when looking stylish while working out. Some complain that there’s not enough stylish fitness wear for curvy people. If you are one of these, you need to read this post on Active Wear for Curvy Girls!

Some people get motivated to work out so they could eat more of delicious and healthy food. How about going for a run with the vision of some yummy and healthy pancakes?

    Such a great post! My motivation is definitely to eat more yummy food haha! I’m not big on bootcamps, I love the gym and now have a gym buddy who gives me so much motivation to keep going. 🙂
