Recipe: Irish Fever Whiskey cocktail

Irish Fever Whiskey cocktail from K West Hotel - BritMumsThe K West Hotel & Spa in West London is in the former BBC Kensington House and has a contemporary chic that also draws upon its rock and roll associations (the Hammersmith Apollo is nearby as well). Visitors can check in to one of its elegant rooms (grey and white colour scheme), get pummelled or wrapped at the spa or lift a glass at the bar and restaurant.

Head Mixologist at K West Hotel, Michal Golecki, developed this Winter Whiskey Cocktail recipe to keep you warm in cold weather. If you can, serve this in a traditional copper mug.

Irish Fever

This Irish-inspired Whiskey cocktail is certain to hit the spot with its range of sweet ingredients. The lemon and ginger tea gives it a subtle depth.

  • 37.5 ml Jameson Whiskey
  • 25 ml Krupnik Honey
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • 3 tsps Wilkin and Sons honey
  • 1 cup lemon & ginger tea
