List your categories – do they match the way you want to move forward with your site?
Do you need them all? Can you combine them.
Remember that if you don’t write about them regularly they are less useful but you can have categories that you just have there for your own purpose and the posts in there you have for that as well.
Those posts like the categories can be noindexed as well again helping with your crawl budget.
