Reviews: Summer garden toy essentials

Review 800x400Summer holidays are just around the corner and it’s time to get ready. It can be an expensive time with days out here, there and everywhere and sometimes we just want to relax at home. So, I headed out to find reviews of great garden toys to keep the kids occupied all summer long!

Michelle from What Mummy Thinks recently reviewed this amazing Providence Climbing Frame. This big, bright mini-park is what summer is all about. It caught my eye because with so many components and a nice strong frame this will last children for many years to come.

Obviously a lot of summer time is spent playing in sand and water. Kate from Family Fever has been reviewing the Little Tikes Spinning Seas Water Table. The perfect height for toddlers and young children and brightly coloured parts and accessories makes this a great summer activity. I recently reviewed Sand Sailer Sandpit which when closed is a great wooden pirate ship with the sail making a sunshade and when opened is a sandpit with two benches plus toy storage. Who needs the beach when you can have sand and water in the back garden?!

Natalie from Meme and Harri has gone old school with her review of The Standford Croquet Set. A great game for all ages from 0 – 100 and not too energetic, this is great for those warm, lazy summer days. Of course if you want to burn off some of the children’s energy then Fran from Whinge Whinge Wine has you covered with her Vtech 5in1 Stroll & Grow Trike Review definitely fits the bill. Whether its a race around the garden or for a stroll to the park, kids will love cruising on their trike this summer.

Hopefully this has given you some inspiration on what to accessorise your garden with for a summer full of fun.
