My best post of the week #MBPW

The autumn really is here now after this week’s rain, wind and overall dreariness but did you catch our coffee break hangout? Hangouts are pretty new on the social media scene but once you get the hang of them they’re a lot of fun. We’re still on a learning curve but we’re inviting you all to come along and learn with us as we try it out.

Our coffee breaks are a 10 – 15 minute chat on a topic of interest which can range from all sorts of areas, this week we touched on top tips for social media as it was Social Media Week in London but next week with the ONE trip to Ethiopia leaving next Saturday, we thought we’d focus on blogging for charity, we’re hoping to have some prominent bloggers on board too sharing their experiences and encouragement for those who’d like to explore this area further.

Please make sure BritMums is in your circles so you receive the event via Google + and we’d love it if you can share 15 minutes with us, we’re going to try and get as many bloggers into the hangout as possible so put Wednesday 10.15am in your diary and come and join in the fun. For me it was my post on Panasonic. For those members who were lucky enough to go to Brit Mums Live this year you may have been tempted to eat bread on the Panasonic stand? They were also handing out cards inviting bloggers to become part of their Intelligent Living Mums group. I applied and am lucky to be one of the group of ten bloggers chosen, this meant a visit to Panasonic HQ last week in Bracknell and it was a fabulous experience.
