Anna from Imagination Tree has made some story-telling props using character cards for making up superhero stories with the kids. Anna is an ambassador for our #KodakAvengers Linky Challenge. Anna describes the craft she did with her family:
We thought it would be fun to make some story-telling props using the character cards, for making up super-hero stories together! They were really easy to make and great fun as an afternoon activity.
We printed out the character cards using the Kodak 7.1 Hero printer on photo paper. Then we cut them out, folded them in half and stuck them onto coloured lolly sticks with pritt stick glue. Cakie then stuck each one into a blob of blu-tac to keep them standing up on the table during play for when she wasn’t using them.
To make it into a play scene, I cut a simple skyline scene from a cardboard box which they coloured with black crayons. Then we stuck on windows from tin foil and voila, an easy-peasy backdrop to set the scene for the superheroes!
