Well I had to include some of the fantastic Christmas home decorating and DIY posts in this months round-up, as there have been so many gorgeous ones to choose from.
I thought I’d start off with this post from Old Fashioned Susie about how to prepare your home for Christmas. I am hankering after a new coffee table, and I love the one she has styled up for this post, as well as the whole host of top tips for styling your home this winter.
Perfectly opulent Christmas dining room ideas from Kimberley from Swoon Worthy, this lady really knows how to dine in style and I am blown away with the glitter stags. Who wouldn’t love one of those on their dining room table display! She also did a fantastic post about making your own Christmas room spray, the smells of Christmas in your home are just as important as the look I think.
I spotted this post on the Don’t Cramp my style blog, with a winter bedroom makeover post, all for under £50. So cosy, and gorgeous metallic finishing touches too.
I love this natural garland guide from Penny, what a beautiful way to decorate your home, and completely free too! Talking of DIY, I spotted these brilliant hand printed cushion covers from Lori at Wild & Grizzly. I love the idea of doing some Christmas inspired ones. Also handmade how about this unique advent calendar from The Ordinary Lovely.
From Cate a round-up of alternative Christmas decorations, think simplicity, nature and a little Danish hygge with this one.
Finally, because it made me think of my own DIY list before Christmas, I really enjoyed reading what Boo and Maddie has on their list, and wondered if everyone else sees Christmas as the ending point to all those jobs you’ve been meaning to complete!
I hope you enjoyed my Christmas inspiration round-up. Next Month I am hoping to cover storage, decluttering and any other home makeover posts that you have been busy working on.
