About the speaker
Kate Rushworth has spent more than four years at Google working as an audience development strategist on the YouTube platform, advising creators across the UK and Europe on how to grow their audience. Previously, she worked at BBC Worldwide for three years, running six YouTube channels such as Top Gear and BBC Earth. Basically, she’s spent seven years watching an awful lot of YouTube.
