BritMums Bloggers of the Week- Roundup editors Part 2

We’re here again showing the blogosphere how much we love our BritMums Roundup editors. BritMums is a community of bloggers who are so talented and generous. The exceptionally creative and clever Maggy of Red Ted Art is responsible for providing us with monthly Craft Inspiration. I know all of us are grateful for Maggy’s recommendations and are thrilled to know that soon we will be seeing all of Maggy’s hard work on a book shelf near you as she’s secured a Book Publishing contract. New on the Roundup Editor block, Beth has hit the ground running with a great Style Roundup last month. Beth is keeping her eyes peeled for great use of style, function and flair. If you’ve got a post about style or fashion, make sure to let Beth know on her Twitter account (@BethGoodrham) and do follow Style Guile for great fashion advice. I really wish I looked as good as Beth in her pictures…I may have a new role model!

Health Roundup- Laura, Chez Mummy:

Are you keen to know the latest on the Health and Wellness front? Laura from Chez Mummy is our resident practitioner. Laura is keen to get bloggers adding their links to the Health Roundup as well so if you’ve written a post about weaning, illness, tips for surviving chicken pox, health insurance quandries or your favourite diet food, LINK IT UP! On the 3rd Saturday of every month, Hayley Goleniowska will be bringing you inspirational features from bloggers writing about special needs. Taking the reins from Alex Ozansoy, Hayley will bring the same amazing spirit that led to a standing ovation for her blogger keynote at BritMums live. It’s so wonderful to read about the positive (and sometimes not so positive) side of parenting a child with special needs. The achievements of the families and children are really amazing. Adoption/Fostering Roundup- Maryam Lane, Maryam Lane:

Another new niche roundup on the blogging block is the Adoption and Fostering Roundup. Maryam Lane is,herself, a British Muslim who writes about adoption, adoptive parenting and the Islamic perspective. We love featuring positive stories about every type of family. Maryam does an amazing job of bringing us into her world on Maryam Lane and is also opening the doors in the BritMums blogosphere to learning about other adoption and fostering experiences. The importance of living a greener life and being eco-friendly is highlighted every fourth Tuesday by Rae who blogs at Little Green Blog. I love the helpful and thought-provoking posts that Rae brings our attention to each month. In this day and age, every little bit helps and it encouraging to find so many bloggers out there doing their part. Long a leader in the BritMums blogosphere as a prolific and thorough reviewer, Mirka Moore is the latest addition to the BritMums team. Mirka will be bringing us the best in product reviews each month, taking over from Michelle at Mummy from the Heart. We can’t wait to see what products and reviews Mirka will be highlighting. Thrifty Roundup- Becky Goddard-Hill, Baby Budgeting:

Our newest member of the Roundup Editorial collective is Becky Goddard-Hill from Baby Budgeting. Quite the expert herself in all things thrifty and frugal, Becky is on the prowl for bloggers who are making the most of life on a budget. We’ve gone straight to the professionals for our Photo Roundup editor. Julia Boggio, the “Dirty Dancing Bride”, is a professional photographer and knows quality when she sees it. Each month Julia will be bringing you the best images from the blogosphere…we don’t know how she narrows it down! It’s really lovely to see such amazing photography in our midst and Julia does a wonderful job of bringing you some inspiring images. A Roundup update: the vlogging and podcasting genius that is Ruth Arnold will be morphing her Video Roundup feature into “Ask Geekmummy” where you will be able to ask lovely “techy” blogging questions and Ruth will do her darndest to solve them. Our current Ask Geekmummy is about themes.
