Despite providing one of the most direct and measurable methods of digital communication, bloggers often neglect “old-fashioned” email as a means of developing their online community.

Learn how to efficiently and effectively grow your blog, your brand and your business with email in this new to BritMums Live session, Building your Audience Through Email Marketing, run by Corey Taratuta.

Best known as the host of the Irish Fireside Podcast and blog, Corey’s “previous life” included work as the senior member of a museum creative team, a newspaper features editor, and an unenthusiastic cowhand on his family’s dairy farm. Since launching the podcast in 2006, he has nurtured an active online community through his e-newsletter, online shop, pen pal project, Secret Santa gift exchange, and a 40-day trek across the U.S. meeting fans and telling their story through video and words. He now splits his time between serving as an innkeeper in Ireland and a freelance writer/designer specializing in e-mail marketing and online content.

In the session, Corey Taratuta covers the tools and techniques you need to start collecting email addresses, crafting beautiful email messages that support your online goals, and measuring their success.
