My Best Post of The Week >> Add yours

MBPWWelcome to February, the shortest month of the year and if the weatherman is anything to go by it could be a cold, grey month. Another one!

Never mind, half term will be upon us very soon and Valentine’s Day too for the lovers out there. On that note did you see our fabulous Valentine Craft hangout with Maggy Woodley on Friday? Now I know what to do with all my broken crayons!

Watch out this week as Emma Raphael, our in house Foodie editor, brings us a round-up of ideas to eat on Valentines and for the rest of the month too – why keep the goodies just for the 14th?

If this grey weather has been having the SAD effect on you then read Emma’s Positively inspirational post for a pick-me-up and remember by the end of this month we should see the first buds of spring, it’s nearly over.

A quick thank you to everyone who supported me last week on my Team Honk cycle ride, I really surprised myself and did the 17 miles in 2 hours. Go me! Team Honk continues so if you do see a tweet please share and RT so collectively we can raise a small fortune for Sport Relief.

Don’t forget to leave your #MBPW in the Linky below. My Best Post of The Week is a question – What age is good to go to the theatre? and I am loving the replies as so many have been taking their children since birth. Have you taken your children yet, if yes to see what?

Have a great weekend and see you back here next week

My oldest daughter was just 3 when we took her to Bear Hunt and I took her last week to see the Snow Dragon. She loved it and I love taking her to the theatre. My 2yo though is a different story - doesn't like it when the lights go dim and won't it still!

The Snow Dragon sounds lovely! And you're right each child is different, I'm sure it won't be long until 2yo enjoys it too

Really proud of your Team Honk cycle ride last week Mari, I hope the bike isn't going back to the shed now to gather dust!

Ahhh I'm afraid it is back in the shed but I blame the weather as it's not the best cycling weather is it? I'm back in the gym as of next week until spring hits Britain
