How was your summer? I hope that you managed to get away somewhere. My summer started with a wonderful surprise trip to Italy’s Cinque Terre with two of my oldest friends (see my post How to explore Cinque Terre, Italy). For our family summer holiday we had a relaxing time at Spain’s La Manga Club resort, and we took one of my son’s friends along with us – I wrote about it in my post What’s it like to stay at La Manga Club. I also had a fun weekend away with my sister at the 1980s Rewind Festival – you can read about our experience in my post here.
