Style Round-up: Hello 2017

Happy New Year everyone! I hope you are feeling refreshed after the Christmas break and all set to make 2017 an amazing year. I’m really looking forward to spot of shopping now that the spring/summer 2017 collections are starting to hit the stores. I’m going to have a good clear out of my wardrobe this month to make space, I am actually really looking forward to it! Are you planning to do the same? 

My two boys are real lovers of clothes and enjoy nothing more than trying on new outfits. When packages arrive, Little N always excitedly asks, “is it for me?” Our most recent childrenswear delivery was actually for my youngest, who has some bright and playful new tops to enjoy. He looks utterly adorable, if I do say so myself! 

I’ve spent most of winter so far living in more of my gorgeous maternitywear from Jojo Maman Bebe like this gorgeous knitted cape, which is so versatile. I also finally got my hands on a Selfish Mother top. I have wanted something from Selfish Mother for such a long time, and I am sure I am the last blogger on the planet to get one, but I was over the moon to receive a “MAMA” tee at Christmas. 

I've decided that girl babies are trouble with a capital T! Apart from a bit of nausea, my boys' pregnancies were a breeze. But this sweet baby girl has given me such a hard time. Weeks of puking, weeks of migraines, battles with asthma and struggles with low iron 😯 Then at the weekend, just as I started to think that I *might* be feeling better, she stopped moving 😱 Of course when your baby's pattern of movements changes the midwifes like to check everything is okay so off I trekked to hospital. And guess what this little girl did? The second that doppler was placed on my belly, she started moving around like there was a party going on in there 😂 Luckily the midwife was totally fine and said it was no problem at all, and that they'd always want to know about changes in movements. It didn't stop me feeling like a massive pain in the arse when I left the hospital though! Less than three months to go – eek!

Emma from Sophie Ella and Me has been hitting the post-Christmas sales and showed us what she bought on a shopping trip to Joules. Joules is one of my favourite stores for both me and the children, and I especially adore the phone case she bought. 

Leanne from A Slice of My Life Wales has started the new year with a new look. Gone is the pink hair as she has gone back to her natural colour. I’d love to be able to chop and change my hair colour with such ease, doesn’t she look great! 

New year, new hair. 🙋🏻 The bleach was slowly but surely killing my hair so I decided to take it back to my roots and die it back to a more natural colour. In other news how cute is Aria's new dress? We picked it up in the @nextofficial sale yesterday.
