Whether you have gone for the chop or dyed your hair I’ve been watching (and lusting over) for the latest style trend and we seem to be stepping away from the traditional shoulder length mum bob and some of us have been braving a crop or pixie cut or two. I have to admit I love the #nothingbutpixies tag over on Instagram!
Hannah from Make, Do and Push has got herself a shorter take on the ‘mum’ bob and I’ve got to say she sure has funked it up! I think a shorter bob can really make a persons features stand out and it certainly has with Hannah.
Leanne from Cornelius Blog showed of her new short short hair a few months back. I think she must have started the trend off as she’s been showing her oozing confidence with her rock hair! You can tell how much her confidence has grown.
I love Katy from Modern Mummy’s sweeping fringe in this photo. Her long dark hair is swept to the side in this photo and the trendy sixties specs are a brilliant trend to take into the summer. Bring on the sunshine!
Anna. over on ZeitMyGeist has had the same hair since I met her in our pre blogger days. She’s got such a classic cut and colour that it doesn’t need to change! I love the sandy colour in this snap. It’s a perfect beach colour for 2016. She also got the perfect summer eye shadow palette to pair up!
Finally my last blogger braved the chop after getting a breast cancer diagnosis. You can read her post Shaving my head after chemo here but check out her lovely shaved head over on instgram too. Mim looks absolutely fantastic and is a wonderful person to share her cancer journey with us all.
So whether you braved the chop or not, if theres been the best of reasons or none at all don’t forget to share your snaps on #BritMumsStyle! Link up your blogs or instagrams!
