Ok its official pink is definitely my new #whpfavoritecolor and its having a surprisingly calming effect on me which after today is much needed. Much to my relief she woke up feeling somewhat better this morning though seemed to have developed an innate fear of being more than 2cms away from me. Which made doing anything and everything pretty impossible. After a frought morning I thought she’d be better after her nap. I must have been on drugs she woke up in quite possibly the worst mood I’ve ever seen throwing out to anyone that crossed her a mixture of ear piercing screams or looks that made you believe it might be safer to sleep with one eye open. Adopting my zen AF mother earth type voice I told everyone to refrain from shouting at her as that would just make it worse and tried to calm her down with soothing calming words. 3 hours in she had broken me and left me with no choice but to glug back a huge class of wine and shove a load of mini eggs in my face because I’m fairly sure mini eggs can fix anything. In this case it didn’t actually fix anything as she got even more annoyed because I wouldn’t share my wine with her and it’s pretty hard to explain to a screaming toddler they can’t drink wine when you’re trying to hid the gazillion mini eggs you’ve just shoved in there.
