I hope you are enjoying the Easter holidays, and cannot believe how quickly a month can pass. In the last month there were many things happening in my life, but the most important was celebrating my daughter’s first birthday. Olivia is not a baby anymore, and changes every day. A year ago, I was struggling with becoming a mum of two. I will never forget the weather at that time. Doing a school run with a new born while it was pouring down almost every day was not easy. I really don’t know if the rain was better or the freezing temperatures we have now. Luckily I have been sent a pair of Ugg boots to keep me warm. Do you own a pair? What do you think of them?
Anyway, I hope you had a lovely month, and I would like to introduce you to a blogger who wrote her first ever review! Check it out and let her know any tips she could use in the future! By the way, I am currently running to win a few copies of the Learn to read with the Alphablocks phonics first steps Volume 1 on my blog too!
Having a crawling toddler means, I have to vacuum and mop our floor very often as I hate when Olivia picks up every little crumb from the wooden floor. Nova has been very lucky as she has been sent a Karcher steam cleaner, which she is very happy with, but there is one thing that she would change about it. Can you guess?
More and more people buy and use tablets. The problem is that not everyone can afford the amazing iPad, but are there any cheaper versions worth buying? Geekmummy might give you the answer to it!
Are you moving house or renovatoing? If you are after something a little bit different than photos of your children, why don’t you go for an illustrated family portrait instead?
Last two weeks I have seen many people talking about The Croods on Twitter and Facebook. Have you seen it yet? If you haven’t, then check out Juggle Mum’s review, and decide if it’s worth watching!
I love my iPhone, and have tested a few phone so far and still think there is nothing like my lovely iPhone. On the other hand, I haven’t tested the Nokia Lumia 920 yet. Joanne has written a lovely review of this phone, which might help you to choose between these two products.
I can’t wait to share a post from my favourite blogger, who is well known for her Gallery Wednesday! I have been joining in this fab linky for years now. Anyway, Tara has been very lucky as she has been one of a few people who have been invited to review the Royal Caribbean cruise. Now tell me, would you ever say no to this?
As we have no family around, we very rarely go out. I often think about how to make our evenings with hubby a bit more special, and love the idea of Cocktails, delicious food and an Oscar winning movie! Now we just need someone to get up with the kids in the morning. Any volunteers?
As it is Easter holidays and we all have to think hard about what to do to entertain our lovely children during the two weeks of school holidays. I am sure that the last review of this round-up will come handy to many of you, especially if you live near Leicester!
I hope you have enjoyed this Britmums Reviews Round-up, and if you would like me to read your review and maybe mention it in the next one, why don’t you add your link below, email me [email protected] or tweet me at @Kahanka.
