The #RealMumsAllBran Challenge Linky Terms & Conditions
- This prize draw and competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. It is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), excluding employees and their families of the Promoter, its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies and agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Participants must be 18 years or over.
- You take part by blogging about taking the 5-day challenge and how you are Real Mum of All-Bran. Post entries can be picture posts, videos or text. Post must include the required text and URLs as detailed in “How to take part”. If you don’t get a sample, you can still enter by telling us how you’re a Real Mum of All-Bran by sharing a story about your tummy and digestion, and following all the other directions (no purchase necessary).
- 16 winners will be chosen. 1 entry will be chosen to receive £500 cash based on their post’s quality, use of images and video and relevance to the Real Mums of All-Bran Challenge topic. That winner will be chosen by a judge named by All-Bran. 5 entries will be chosen at random via Random.org to receive £100 John Lewis vouchers. 10 entries will be chosen at random via Random.org to receive a case of All-Bran cereal. There is no cash alternative to the prizes. Winner names will be published on the #RealMumsAllBran post.
- Participants enter by posting on their blog about taking or talking about the 5-Day Challenge and how they are Real Mum or Real Dad of All-Bran. Participants then enter the URL of the post onto the #RealMumsAllBran Linky Challenge (alternatively, leave URL to the entry in the comments section of the same post), then tweet the URL using campaign hashtag #RealMumsAllBran or #RealDadsAllBran.
- Posts must include the text: ““This post is an entry for the “Real Mums of All-Bran” Linky Challenge, sponsored by Kelloggs” and link to http://bit.ly/TIKI3u or https://www.allbran.co.uk/5-day-challenge.html (Links can be no-follow.)

- Posts must be original works by the blog author to be eligible.
- Participants may enter as many times as they wish by creating additional blog posts, so long as these are posted on a separate blog to the original entry.
- All qualified entries must be received by 23:59 BST on 31 July 2014.
- Winners will be notified via email to the email address they provided on their Linky entry. Prizes not claimed within 48 hours of notification will be re-assigned as unclaimed.
- By entering the Linky, participants grant BritMums and All-Bran the right to promote entries via their blogs, websites, network and social media channels such as Twitter, G+, Pinterest, Facebook and others.
- The copyright of entries belong to the entrant, but entrant grants BritMums Ltd and All-Bran the right to use and promote the blog posts.
- The Promoter may vary or amend the promotion at its absolute discretion.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues resulting in blog posts not being submitted.
