BritMums in Style magazine

Even before I worked at News International (now going by the utterly different name “News UK”), I was a huge fan of the Sunday Times Style magazine. In fact, I loved it even before I lived in the UK. On a misguided visit to see a “boyfriend” (he now goes by an utterly different name as well), I discovered it during a Sunday pub lunch and fell in love the way only magazine readers can.

At the Times I met and worked with some of the Style folks, including the editor Tiffanie Darke, Camilla Long, Claudia Croft and the initimitable Colin McDowell — inspiring and (it goes without saying) very cool folks.

So I was thrilled to see BritMums mentioned in the latest issue of Style this past weekend. The piece is about the rise of dad bloggers (we love the fellas) and name-checks some of our favourites including Single Parent Dad, Goodbye Pert Breasts, and Life as a Widower, among many others.

You can read the entire article on the Sunday Times site (subscription needed). Check it out. It should hold you over until we appear in the magazine’s Fashion section.

MsMarmiteLover in the same Sunday Times issue

We were also thrilled to see our good friend and inspiring food blogger MsMarmiteLover mentioned in the same issue, with her yummy ceviche tostados featured. What? You missed out on buying her cookbook at BritMums Live? Don’t panic: You can get it now via Amazon. It’s gorgeous and filled with good recipes.
