Autumn is well and truly with us, and from now on in our house it will herald Delilah Dog’s birthday. We celebrated her first recently with a party in the wood complete with doggy birthday cake with her brother.
I’m pretty sure they’d have loved some of the homemade dog treats showcased over on Frugal Family too.
Reading Northern Mum‘s post she’s not quite past the trials and tribulations of a new pup, but it will come. She’s discovering the truth in the phrase “it’s just like having a newborn in the house again”.
Plutonium Sox has a great achievement to share over on the blog – completion (both owner and dog) of a gruelling 50 mile race. Stunning photos of the Welsh scenery and beautiful Bubbles with medal.
Kids Of The Wild has a sad and cautionary tale of what can happen if you throw sticks. Poor Figgie suffered a horrific injury but thankfully is on the mend now. Take heed of this advice if you have dogs, I know I’m going to.
