MBPWbadge250The thing about having so much fun and the kind of emotional high that a conference like BritMums Live gives, is afterwards you have to come back down to earth.

That took me the best part of this week.

From what I gather everyone who was present last week at BritMums Live went home and took stock of more than just their blog. After 18 hours of sessions, keynotes, sponsors, brands and bloggers each of us retreated to the safe haven we call home and tried to digest the overload of information taken in in such a short time frame.

Then comes the sorting and applying. I find it impossible to apply everything I have learnt and therefore have to shift through and decide which parts I’m going to act on and which parts will have to wait until a later date, after all there isn’t time to do everything – at least not for me.

Attending BritMums Live is different for everyone, each of us arrive with certain goals we’d like to achieve be that learning to take better photos, understanding the crazy world that is social media, or simply connecting with fellow bloggers. If you’d like to join us next year but still aren’t quite sure, take a look at the BritMums Live Linky and read some of the posts. You’ll get an overall feel for what it’s like and hopefully you’ll decided to join us too.

This week Michelle over at Mummy from the Heart is holding the BritMums carnival, she themed it ‘Imperfect Parenting’ so I wrote one for her which I’m choosing as my #MBPW because it makes me laugh out loud when I read it, happy memories of a sort

Have a great week and see you next week
