"Family Affairs" to speak and lead "Blogercise" class

Lucy, aka Family Affairs and Other Matters, started blogging 4 years ago and is a leading parent blogger. She was awarded second place in an American Best of Blogs competition, has travelled with Disney as a blogger and was recently nominated for a Best of British Travel Blogger Award. She gives talks to PR companies about the development of social media and the influence of blogs in general. Lucy was educated in Hong Kong and began her career in marketing and promotion for EMI Music in the UK. From there, she moved to Australia in 1990 and worked as promotions manager for Mushroom Records before leaving to have three children. She has retrained as a Method Putkisto and Pilates instructor and teaches group classes or private sessions in and around London.

Lucy will be appearing the Blogger’s Studio on Friday at 16:15 to discuss Can You Have It All? She’ll also be leading our Saturday morning gentle “Blogercise” class to get the blood flowing before the full-day of workshops, discussions and sessions.
