Be one of the first 100 to sign up and we’ll send you the 3 tasty All-Bran flavours (Golden Crunch, Red Berry Crunch and new Chocolate Wheats — wait, did someone say chocolate?). The All-Bran range has something for everyone- from classic flakes to indulgent clusters- each with the digestive health benefits to make you feel happy inside. And with the 5 Day Challenge, you could set tummy niggles aside and mark the start of a bran-new you in a truly delicious way. All we ask you to do is try the cereal for 5 consecutive days to see if you notice a difference in your general digestive well-being, then post for a chance to win prizes galore!

What’s you’ll do:

1. Sign up on the form to take the 5-Day Challenge and the first 100 receive the new All-Bran flavours.

2. Try the cereal for 5 consecutive days and post about being a Real Mum of All-Bran. Your post can feature:

• how you feel about your tummy and learning to love it
• your review of the new All-Bran flavours
• other topics around bloating, good digestion and feeling good

3. Post by midnight Thursday 31 July, 2014. Include in your post what you think of All-Bran, the 5-Day Challenge, and include your “Real Mum of All-Bran” story. We’d love to see pictures, video, your personal story.

4. Make sure you include text stating “This post is an entry for the Real Mums of All-Bran Linky Challenge, sponsored by Kelloggs” and link to http://bit.ly/TIKI3u  (no-follow links are fine).
