Well, Easter weekend has been and gone. The fields are full of super cute lambs and we are told that we are officially in Springtime. Even the weather is occasionally tempting us to believe that warmer days may be here to stay soon.

Adapting an old favourite to include chocolate is Helen from Friends Family Food with her Easy Double Chocolate Muesli Cookies.
Well known and loved partnership of bananas & chocolate from the Botanical Kitchen with some White Chocolate & Banana Brownies.
For people who prefer Gluten Free dining, Feeding Boys & A Firefighter provides her GF Brownies.
Another heavenly flavour combination comes from A Playful Day with her Chocolate Orange & Hazelnut Cookies.
Still going with the cookie theme but having a short break from chocolate is From Plate To Pen with her Hanging Teacup Ginger Biscuits with Fresh Lemon Royal Icing. Light, bright ingredients that are perfect for Spring.
Creme Eggs recipes were super popular this year with bloggers getting more and more creative using them. Baking Queen provided us with Creme Egg Chocolate Cookie Bars. (Note: Creme Eggs are REALLY cheap at the moment in local small stores as they sell off their stock – They tend to have a Best Before Date of July)
We also have a Creme Egg creation from Juggle Mum with her Cadbury’s Creme Egg Sponge Pudding – Pure indulgent comfort food!
The Creme Egg madness continued with Supper in the Suburbs sharing her Cadbury’s Creme Egg Bundt Cake
One of the ideas for using Creme Eggs that has constantly popped up on my timeline recently is to use Creme Eggs for Scotch Eggs. Nobody Said It Was Easy shows us how to make her version.
Fuss Free Flavours went one step further by turning Creme Eggs into a Cadbury’s Creme Egg Shake.
There were Baked Nutella Creme Egg Doughnuts provided by Recipes From A Pantry.
We could even eat Creme Eggs for breakfast with Foodie Quine’s Cadbury’s Creme Egg Pancakes.
Speaking of breakfast, Eats Amazing encouraged us to be healthy over the Easter break with her delightful Breakfast Popsicles.
But of course we shouldn’t leave out the Mini Eggs! Fab Food 4 All shared her Chocolate Granola Cakes.
Mini Eggs also featured in ET Speaks From Home’s Hidden Egg Chocolate Truffles – Choose from a variety of decorations.
We see the return of the favourite Banana & Chocolate combo in Lancashire Food’s Marbled Banana & Chocolate Hazelnut Loaf.
