Craft Round-up the Halloween special – get spooky

Welcome back to the Crafty Blog round up over here at BritMums. It is great fun exploring new sites and finding new inspiration on a regular basis. I thought this month it would be fun to focus on some Halloween crafty finds. To get us all into that ghoulish spirit.

Monster Playdough

For those of you that this still have younger kids, but still want a bit of monster fun, Rainy Day Mum has a great cute “Monster Playdough” idea. Perfect.

Spider Pumpkin

I TOTALLY adore this spider pumpkin from Here Come the Girls. I never thought I would say I adore anything to do with spiders, but this pumpkin is just AMAZING! Love it. (I think it is the shiny-ness of the paint that really gives the spider its umpf).

No Sew Lastminute Skeleton Costume

Over on Red Ted Art, I have for you a SUPER DUPER EASY skeleton costume – seriously, you open my Free Printable, hit print, cut out and sello tape on. JOB DONE. A perfect DIY costume for the non crafty amongst us! Check out our little Tutu Witch too. Totally adorable and also NO SEW! YAY!

Egg Carton Bats Bunting

I love Zing Zing Tree’s Blog. She has some great ideas and I particularly like these genius egg carto n bats. I love it when you find “shapes” in ordinary every day items and these are LOVELY indeed. String ’em up and you have perfect bunting!

Frankenstein Cookie Pops

Well, much easier to make than “cake pops” (and not as sweet either), try some Frankenstein Cookie Pops from Life At The Zoo. Much simpler than you think and taste great!

Conker Owls

And then there is Badut, my new best friend blog. Ok, maybe not best friend, because we haven’t actually spoken, but I do LOVE LOVE LOVE all her conker crafts. (apparently conkers keep the spiders away? Perfect for my house). Check out these cute owls.

Playdough Owls

Good to see that the lovely “Sun Hats and Wellie Boots” is back! We did miss her wonderful creativity. Here we have more super cute owls – this time with playdough play. Brilliant. Check out her totally cute Spider Cupcakes too! Oh and whilst on the topic of Owls and cupcakes, there are some adorable Owl Cupcakes (that are super easy to make) over on Life At The Zoo too! Yay.

Well that is it from me. Do come and join in the crafty linky fun. Everything welcomed!
