Craft Round-up: Back-to-school crafts

Finally, the Summer holidays are here! And as you read this you may however gradually be turning your mind towards Back to School. And I have to say, I LOVE Back to School crafts and have shared many Back to School crafts on Red Ted Art in the past… anything from pencil toppers, to pencil cases and zipper pulls to lunchboxes. Why not use the last couple of week’s of holiday to get crafty and get excited about school?

Moustache & Lip Pencil Topper

Let’s start with these FUN Moustache and Lip Pencil Toppers. I KNOW there are some bloggy friends out there that love all things moustache… I dare you, make some a la Chica Schmica’s blog and take them into the office. Go on, you know you want to!

Loo Roll Pencil Holder

You know how I love loo roll crafts, right? So this one is right up my street. A quick and fabulous looking idea from Bostik. I reckon this would also look great for back to work and the office… Would make a great gift for dad too!

Pocket It

A super duper QUICK craft and yet lots and lots of fun. What youngster would enjoy their own “Pocket It” notebook, complete with space for a pencil and eraser. Cute and fun. Visit Woman’s Day for more. Will certainly make going back to school lovely!

 

Zipper Pull

Despicable Me is currently ALL the rage… so some Despicable Me Minion Zipper pulls should be right up your kids street. These adorable little ones are made from Hama Beads at Kids Chaos.

Stone Pets

If your kids are feeling a little wobbly about the first day back at school, why not make some little stone pocket buddies with them? They can pop them in a matchbox, keep them in their pocket and know that they have a little friend with them on the day.
