We’re delighted to be appearing at Traverse, the Travel Bloggers Conference, on Saturday 22 February. BritMums co-founder will be running a workshop, talking about how to create engaging content as bloggers, social influencers and brands.
It will be exciting to take the lessons we’ve learned in the parent blogging community and discuss applying them in the travel blogging world.
We love the Traverse folks — they’re fun, smart, and ultra-engaged about all things travel blogging. Their concept with the conference is for the sessions to be helpful, free-flowing, and all about learning by doing and engaging rather than just listening. In my session, I’m hoping for a roomful of people jumping into the discussion, asking questions and the ideas ping-ponging madly around.
Other fabulous speakers include Keith Jenkins of Velvet Escape fame, Ana Silva O’Reilly from Mrs O Around the World, Kash Bhattacharya from BudgetTraveller.org and of course the lovely and talented Steve Keenan (who you may remember from BritMums Live). After the event, you can expect lots of people touring round the city, exploring all it has to offer.
