It is the fourth Wednesday of the month, which means it is time to check out some interesting reviews. This time I was inspired mostly by bloggers who had left their links at my last review round-up. I have to say that most of them were completely new to me, so it was lovely browsing through them and getting to know some more fellow Britmums bloggers.
Before I start with revealing the links to my favourite reviews of this month, I would like to present you one of mine. It actually isn’t my review, as it was written by my husband for my blog. From time to time I let him review some cool stuff which he can keep. Does that make me a good wife? Anyway, this time we were sent the new Windows Phone – Nokia Lumia 610. If you are after a cheaper smart-phone, this is worth checking out!
Mummy from the Heart was trying to give us the answer to the following question: “InnoTab2 V LeapPad2 – Which is better? Funnily enough I was reviewing the Innotab 2 last week, and should be soon reviewing the LeapPad 2 with Isabelle, so it was really interesting to read what she thought. When you read her post you will see there isn’t much difference in the second version of both products. I really like her last sentence when she mentioned she wasn’t able to make the decision for us. From my experience people always recommend what they bought for their children, so I am really keen on finding out which one will be the winner for our Isabelle, and which one she will be allowed to keep. What do you think, which one is better?
I cannot not mention Sonia’s review of the most beautiful Gotz Hannah doll I have seen, and I really mean it. Not only the doll looks gorgeous, but it really resembles her daughter, just adorable. She is also running a competition to win a £50 voucher to spend on Petalina website, just a few more days left. This could be a great Christmas present for your little princess, so hurry and enter while you can!
As you might know I am breastfeeding Olivia and have only just started weaning her, so reading the review of Ella’s kitchen new dairy range has easily caught my eye. I agree the packaging of the new products looks lovely and will definitely look out for these when sopping for more yummy food for Olivia. She has recently tried some Hipp baby’s first yogurts, and loves them, so I am hoping she could like these too.
Not long ago our freezer broke, and I was looking for a decent fridge with freezer. The Mummy Adventure doesn’t have this problem, as she has been sent a new Hotpoint Fridge and Freezer worth more than £300. That’s what I call a product worth reviewing. She described how smoothly the delivery went and that they took care of her old fridge as well. Another good point for her was that the it came with free 5 year warranty, which can be always handy.
Jennifer’s Little World wrote a fabulous post on visiting Alton Towers with babies and toddlers. We have never been, but after reading what is on offer and how they enjoyed their day, it sounds very tempting and on “to do” list for the next spring/ summer perhaps. I also liked her advice on how to get cheaper tickets and she also didn’t forget to make sure her readers knew about the extra parking charge.
The last few weeks it has all been about teething in our house, so the last review is of course about teething! Momma of Mojo has the same problem as her daughter is teething too. She was telling us all about the latest teething toy Gummee Glove, which I have never seen or heard about before, and I have seen and reviewed quite a few teething products… I loved all the pictures of her daughter chewing on the glove and having a fab time with it. It really looks like a great teething toy. I also had to laugh when I was reading Momma of Mojo disclaimer note at the end of the post. But I am not telling you, go and read it for yourself!
I hope you have enjoyed my Britmums Reviews Round-up, and if you would like me to read your review and maybe mention it in the next one, why don’t you add your link below, email me allbabyadvice@yahoo.co.uk or tweet me at @Kahanka.
