Written by Susanna Scott, ‘Football is cool, and it’s for girls too’ details a chance encounter between Susanna and Brandi Chastain, the female footballer who gained celebrity status overnight when she ripped off her top upon kicking the winning goal against China in the 1999 World Cup.
