Blog Giveaways Round-Up: Style & design baby!

GiveawaysHello, and welcome back to me 😀 Summer has gone, and is but a twinkle in the eye, and the Halloween pixies are playing knock-down ginger and the Xmas elf is pulling my hair. Metaphorically speaking of course. This means that the kids are back at school, and I actually have time to look at the wonderful giveaways that are about in the blogging world at then moment. Don’t forget to promote your giveaways with me at KiddyCharts, BritMums and Di from SuperLucky while you are about too. Enter some listed, but pay particular attention to these ones, as we like these a lot 😀

Who is enjoying the autumn fruit crops? *me* Our apple and plum trees haven’t been that brilliant this year, but if you do have a bit of a bumper crop, then head on over to Honest Mum (03/10) who is giving away a Magimix Smoothie Maker.  These are worth £179.99, so I am sure you will be able to get some inspiration there.

If you like a bit of kitchen style, then another great giveaway this month is from Miss Mamo’s World (07/10). She is offering a 5 piece stainless steel pan set…why not check it out.

Another giveaway to get your creative juices flowing is the £150 Wayfair voucher that Family Fever (03/10)  is also giving away. The Wayfair blog is, of course, written by the lovely Penny from Team Honk, but their products could kick your design genes into action, so why not take a look?

Would you like £250 to spend at the BathAndShower.com online store? Would that get you into a creative frame of mind. I know it would me, so why not head on over to Love Chic Living (closes 05/10) for the wonderful creative Pinterest blog competition she is hosting. Put together a mood board for your ideal bathroom and blog about it and you are in with a chance of winning. Full details are on her blog.

If styling your bathroom doesn’t float your rubber ducky, then perhaps a styling session for yourself will! Mummys Got Style (19/10) is giving you the opportunity to win a £100 Baukjen, as well as an online styling session. All just in time for you to get that wardrobe sorted before the Christmas party season. Though my kids get invited to much more of these than I do…. *sniffs*

Over on Given to Distracting Others (05/10), we have been told that it is, in fact, Grandma’s Day on the 5th October – who knew? Just so we all know who rules the roast in Grandma’s House, this blog is giving away a lovely piece of decor for her house – a 6ft Grandma Rules wooden white wash ruler from Lovestruck Interiors. Wouldn’t fit in my mum’s house, but I suspect that most people’s parents don’t live in quite so much clutter as mine do 😉

Maybe Grandma could also do with a car seat too so she can help ferry your little ones about when you need a well earned rest? If so, why not head on over to Mummy Alarm (09/10)  as she is giving away a Cosatto one on her blog. If you also need a bag to pop in the car when you visit Grandma’s, In the Playroom (04/10) are offering a Trunki Paddlepak of your choice at the moment in their latest giveaway.

If you are going away, perhaps you are worried about security – if so, then head on over to KiddyCharts to win a brand new home monitoring system, that also doubles up as a baby monitor. It retails at around £119, so worth the investment in filling out the Gleam widget.

Finally, my round-ups are never complete without the obligatory chocolate giveaway, which somehow I find strangely compelling. Well done to Mum of One (03/10) for making sure we didn’t miss out on our choccy fix this month. She is giving away a Melt and Make Chocolate Fairy House *yum yum*.

Thanks for reading, and see you again next month. Keep comping!

About Helen Neale

Helen is the editor of the working parents round up, a freelance writer and owner of personalised children’s chart business, KiddyCharts. She was a business analyst, and then a tweed-skirted school librarian as she tried to find work that fitted in with the demands of motherhood. Mummy’s Little Stars is where you will find her sometimes funny musings about life as a working parent, and mum to some over exuberant small people. She has only been blogging since January 2012, so go gentle with her; she might break. You can find Helen on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn; where she probably hangs out a bit too much.
