The Brilliance in Blogging Awards (aka The BiBs) is FREE to enter.
The Awards are open to any blogger from or based in the UK or Northern Ireland.
Blogs that are authored by a third party are not eligible for entry. Blogs should feature original content or credited or otherwise referenced guest posts or similar content.
Entry to the awards constitutes permission to use any winner’s name, image and any competition entry, photograph, social media post or other entrants content for promotional and/or editorial purposes without additional consultation.
This award is not open to employees of BritMums or their direct family members (as defined by HMRC).
The winners will be selected from all the entries received. Entries must be submitted via the nomination form and voting must take place through the voting form. Entries not submitted via the proper voting / nominations forms will not be accepted. Incomplete entries may not be considered. The requested URLs of the nominated blog or social media feeds must be included.
You may only vote once for a Winner in each category. If you vote multiple times, it will not be counted.
Buying votes, using vote swapping sites or incentivizing voters via renumeration schemes/competition schemes/giveaways is highly discouraged and may lead to disqualification.
Bloggers may be nominated and considered in any number of categories.
BritMums does not accept any responsibility for late or lost submissions. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
BritMum’s decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into by BritMums or any award sponsor.
An opt-in email address of shortlisted/finalists may be passed to a sponsor to communicate directly.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.
BritMums shall be permitted to exclude any entrant at any time at its sole discretion.
If a blogger removes her- or himself from the awards scheme for any reason, BritMums reserves the right to name another winner based on the judges’ rulings.
BritMums reserve the right to remove nominations and other content that appears on the site at our discretion. (Note: this is purely to weed out entries and comments that are inappropriate to the awards, such as porn sites).
Breaching these rules may be grounds for disqualification.
