My Best Post of The Week >> Add Yours!

MBPWRoll up, roll up it’s the most exciting week of the year here at BritMums as we head towards the event of the year on anybody’s blogging calendar.  In a few days time some of us will be attending and undoubtedly enjoying the unfailingly brilliant BritMums Live conference.

Whoop! Whoop!  (I really am making that noise and punching the air as I write that.  Honestly.)

All the information you need and even a last minute ticket can be found HERE and I do hope to meet some of you there.  I will be working as one of the ‘Butterflies’ – a team of eight of us who will be there to greet you and be found during the morning coffee breaks in case you have any butterflies yourselves.  You can read about who were are and what we do HERE.   Please come and say hello if you recognize any of us.

In the meanwhile, not everyone is involved, so let’s get down to normal business.  Thank you for linking up such a splendid set of posts.  I’ll be handing back to Mari soon so am making the most of the new connections which are occurring and am glad to have covered for a while.  It’s always good to discover new talents and points of view.

I’m discussing what I’m wearing to the conference and done a comparison between a couple of brands of scooter on my blog this week – nothing as exciting as last week’s one about being called ‘handsome.’  Thank you to all of you who came over and joined in the conversations which emerged.  It has been very good fun!

I had too many favourites to pick out from you all this time so had to be really ruthless and cut right down to just a few, or you may as well have just worked your way through them all like I do.  Don’t forget to join in and comment on a couple of others when you link your best ones up.  It’s amazing how relationships can be sparked by just a one or two line response to something someone says and you find you really click with them.

Here they are and see you soon.

About Anya Harris

Anya is a part time blogger and would be full time writer. She blogs at Older Single Mum and at The Healer, is admittedly ancient and belatedly blessed with two young boys. Her background is evenly divided between being a Money Broker in London’s Money Markets and working in the Healing Arts. Having straddled these two worlds and now finding herself immersed in the parenting one, she chats about anything that will make us laugh, including her Foreign Language Students, from whom she’ll also pinch and share a recipe when we’re lucky. She welcomes a ‘Hello’ on Twitter at @anyaharris01.

What to wear? Always a nightmare, especially when you don’t go public much as I don’t! But with some author events coming up I have that to face too. Good luck with yours! 🙂 x

I always have to stop myself wearing the things I wore the year before as it’s such a rarity to be out! Thank you 🙂
