MBPWI always find I hit September running as fast as I can with so many things to prepare and organise no matter how much preparation I put in place to try and avoid it, do you?

Return from the holidays, bags to empty, wash, clean, put away, school uniform to label, book bags to find and endless tasks that need completing. Then they are off to school and the paperwork starts arriving home – after school clubs, school dinners and before I know it we’ll be getting all the necessary for our jump to Junior school next year.

Many bloggers are looking at their blogs in a new light, seeing what they can change or alter and I, well I’m taking a bit of a back seat at the moment. I want to savour my summer just a little bit longer so I’m using my time to edit my photos and write up good memory posts that I hope are inspiring and useful to others at the same time, like this one on my visit to Burghley House this summer.

What are your plans for the autumn?

What have the BritMums team been blogging about?

Susanna is talking about learning to surf at Surf City USA I know my twins (and husband) would love to try this out.

Jen has a great post on the 9 top things to do with children in Fort Worth I’d love to visit Texas one day, wouldn’t you?

Kate has a very inspiring post on her blog called Mum’s the Word and it’s all about sticking together and inspiring one another

Time to link up your My Best Post of The Week and if you have time maybe visit a couple of links and show some comment love. Have a great weekend.
