Ohhhh, we have a storm on the way and for some reason I’m a little bit excited about that. Fortunately it’s been downgraded from a hurricane and I hope no damage is done over the country but it will shake up the system a bit and my garden needs watering! It has been so dry in the south, especially in my micro climate where it seems to rain all around me but not on my patch. Definitely ‘roast dinner day’ weather in my book.
I have started investing in key pieces of school uniform as I pass by in the shops and this is to make sure I’m ready for the 4th September when it hits. It’s sad really to think in less than a month the holidays will be over and we’ll all be back to the hum drum of routine.
Maybe that’s the perfect excuse to squeeze in a couple of late nights, to blow the budget and visit that place/ see that film/ do that thing you want to do?
