Hello, hello, come on in. I hope you’ve had a good week, enjoyed the sunshine and the milder temps. I was so pleased to get my washing on the line this week, on the line people! Fluttering in the wind, it’s the small things in life right and this one makes me so happy.
The spring does that though, don’t you think? Adds a smile, adds a pop of colour to your life. Spring inspires me to do all sorts of things, an awakening inside if you like of ideas, projects and DIY. Yes I’m currently organising my rollers and my dust sheets to tackle our hallway this weekend. An ongoing project which with a bit of luck might be completed by Sunday sunset.
That’s not the only thing on my mind, everywhere I look I have a project on the go, the girl’s Easter bonnets uncompleted, my needlework uncompleted, recipes jotted down that need trying out and oh God the housework! I forgot the housework!
Playdates are high on the list too and I have started a rota of two friends per Friday evening, I must have been high on the gin when I said one friend each eh? Anyway there will be return playdates and they will allow me to tackle my zillion projects won’t they?
But for now for My Best Post of The Week I give you a COMPLETED project, it took the best part of 2013 but I got there, take a look at our revamped guest room and please add your #MBPW to the Linky too.
Have a great week all and enjoy the sunshine

The room looks great! I love that sense of achievement when a project comes together. Thank you too for your support this week. H x
