Baking: Back-to-school treats & snacks

Julie McPherson of Julie’s Family Kitchen has rounded up some of the tastiest things to make for children to enjoy in their lunchboxes or when they get home from school. The theme is all back to school with plenty of inspiration that should definitely please the kids.

Intolerant Gourmand has done just that with these scrumptious Dairy-free & Gluten-Free Blackberry Flapjacks. Baking Queen 74 has created this yummy looking Blackberry Oaty Traybake, that I know my children would love.

If your family adore peanut butter then these Chocolate & Peanut Butter Sandwiched Cookies from Only Crumbs Remain will go down a treat. Wild Mama Wild Tribe has a delicious recipe for an Awesome Gluten Free Autumn Apple Cake. Whilst Eats Amazing has created the perfect solution to those packed lunch woes with these Ham & Cheese Savoury Muffins, a brilliant alternative to sandwiches.
