The ‘I was there’ Linky #BML16

FINAL BML16 I'm going green v3Well that’s another BritMums Live event – and wasn’t it amazing? Every year 500 bloggers descend upon the capital for networking, learning, opportunities, friendship and fun – and not forgetting the cake!

It was a pleasure for me to be part of the #BML16 team this year, my first year as BritMums Editor, having been to the event as a delegate since the start! A lot has changed since I started blogging in 2009, but one thing that hasn’t is the incredible people. We come together for the blogging, we stay for the people. It is an honour to know you all and to meet new faces who will become firm friends each year and I love to read your posts after an event like this to hear what you made of things.

I know how fast some of you are with your posts so to give you a home to link them all up, please use the linky below to share your stories. Anything about #BML16 is welcome. Link up your outfits, your photography, tell us what you thought of the speakers, what did you learn, what friends did you make, what did you get up to and how fab was it to have a day to yourself to indulge your love of blogging?!

This linky will stay open for a month so you have plenty of time to share your posts. Thank YOU for coming to #BML16 and helping to make it as awesome as it is, but whilst I am on this platform, I’d like to extend a massive “THANK YOU” to Jen and Susanna who really do go all out and work all hours of the day and night to bring you an event that rocks!

Well done ladies, and let’s have a little rest now before planning for #BML17 starts!

About Nadine Hill

Nadine is a busy mum (“Is there any other kind?!”) who writes the award winning family lifestyle blog, JuggleMum and self help blog Love Yourself Slim. Working from home at a portfolio career which also includes being the Editor at BritMums, running a small business and spreading herself all over social media, she has everything under control but still feels like she's hanging on by her Gelish covered fingernails! Self employed for 12 years she's been around the freelancing block a few times, so she created a YouTube playlist called The Businessmum Interviews to have a nosey at how other work-at-home parents are doing it. Watch and see - it's a juggling act for everyone! Immensly grateful to be doing what she loves, Nadine's most important job is 'Mum' to her teen and tween who keep her up to date with Snapchat, Minecraft and how to do 'brows on fleek'. You can find Nadine on Twitter and Instagram as @Businessmum and @JuggleMumBlog.
