Snapshot round-up: Autumn delights

This time of year is just glorious. Stunning red, orange and yellow hues coupled with the brightest of blue skies. Even with the notable chill in the air, it’s a joy to be outdoors and breathe in the fresh air. Thank you to everyone that’s shared photographs for the Autumn round-up, there have been, and still are, so many great photographs to choose from. 

Kicking off our Autumnal delights is Alison at Not Another Mummy Blog who stopped to capture the leaves surrounding her rather pretty shoes in her street. 

Claire from Claire Justine has been out enjoying the Autumn sunshine. Who can resist photographing those bursts of yellow against that aqua sky. It’s a great excuse to look up – as if we needed one. 

Emma from Mrs Shilts has also been out exploring. This time in the park with Little Mr who was in awe of all the different coloured leaves he found, not to mention acorns, apples and pine cones. 

We all want to cover ourselves in leaves don’t we? That’s exactly what Penny from Parent Shaped captured at Wollaton Hall in Nottingham. What a wonderful moment! 

Laura from Side Street Style on the other hand has been out collecting conkers. We’re yet to discover a haul locally but it looks like they were far more successful. 

Kriss from Wild About Here has been enjoying working indoors with roses from the garden and a book handed down by her mother close-by. 

Sara-Jayne Jones from Keep up with the Jones Family attended a rather lovely Autumn workshop. 

And Karen from The White Approach has been decorating with the increasingly popular white pumpkins. 

Outside the UK, Emma from The Sojourn Series has been visiting Schwabhausen’s fabulous Kurbis Festival. 

And Sara from Mum Turned Mom has been exploring the stunning Jackson Falls in New Hampshire. 

As for the Doves, we’ve been exploring the Côte d’Opale in Northern France. This photograph of the Basilica of Notre-Dame was taken in Boulogne-sur-Mer.
