Just a perfect day ❤ . Proof that you can't rely on the weather app. We've had lovely weather and had a brilliant day of superhero training, playing in the outdoor pool and lots of pink gin. Check out my stories for more photos. . . The internet connection is hit and miss so I'm sorry for not responding but please keep sharing those #makemoretimeinmay posts and I will catch up shortly. . . Also a massive thank you to @cornwall2wall for all of your amazing advice. I'm hoping to have some lovely photos to share by the end of the week. Happy Sunday everyone and have a brilliant Bank Holiday Monday tomorrow xx . . #bankholidayweekend #lovecornwall #cornwall #whatevertheweatherkids andbreathe #parenting #childrenofig #childhoodunplugged #manchestermums #throughachildseyes  #motherhood #freespiritedchildhood #myhappycapture  #snaphappybritmums #familytime #mumblogger #documentlife #getoutside  #letthembelittle  #lifewithinfourcorners  #familyblogger  #borntovoyage  #freerangelittles #Explorerkids #lovetheoutdoors #exploreuk #holidayuk #therealityofparenting #parentingtheshitoutoflife #mummybloggingsquad

Izzy rolls out the pastry as we get to work in the kitchen making empanadas (kinda like Spanish Cornish pasties). If you take a look at the blog (link in bio) you’ll see our empanadas ending up looking rather like a calzone pizza that had gone very, very wrong. I, however, don’t care. For me it’s about encouraging the kids to develop their cooking skills and develop a healthy interest in home-cooked food. They may have looked a bit rough around the edges, but our empanadas tastes great. It’s a really easy recipe and empanadas are a great addition to any packed lunch. Please do take a look and feel free to add a few words about your kitchen disasters below. . . . . . #empanadas #empanada #recipe #cookingwithchildren #foodforkids #packedlunch #recipiesforkids #recipiesforchildren #dadbloguk #srd #bloggerstyle #blogger #daddyblogger #familytime #instadad #instadads #lifestyle #inspiration #schoolrundad #sahd #ukdadbloggers #foodideasforkids

About Nadine Hill

Nadine is a marketer, digital creator and ex BritMums Editor who started blogging in the mid 2000's whilst working from home around her young family. Her blog JuggleMum won an award for video and covered many lifestyle subjects from fashion to food to entrepreneurship whilst also inspiring content creation for her YouTube channel @MrsNadineHill. Nadine loves hanging out with her teenage children who keep her (mostly) current - although apparently no-one says 'hanging out' any more! When she's not with her family she's at the gym or in a coffee house in Yorkshire somewhere (she's been to most of them!) - photographing her cappuccino for the grid.
