This month sees us celebrate Father’s Day. It’s great to get the kids to make their Dad’s cards and search for the ideal Father’s Day gift. Unfortunately, there are those of us whose father’s are not with us on this day but are with us in spirit. For this month’s Pinterest roundup, I asked bloggers to share with us their Father’s Day activities, crafts, and gifts.

We are now halfway through the year. The kids are in the last half of the Summer term before the Summer holidays begin, so It’s time to get your Summer wardrobe out and plan the holidays. I’m not particularly fashion conscious, so I’m sharing a few tips from fellow bloggers on what is deemed fashionable this season. Plus as it’s Father’s Day this month, included is men’s fashion. What’s hot and what’s not?

    Father’s Day

Starting us off is Jenni from The Bear & The Fox with her homemade joke jar gift. A great DIY gift that is sure to cause a few laughs. Perfect for the humourous Dad. Jenni’s pin is bright, cheerful and shows the essence of what a joke jar is all about. Another crafty idea is Jenny’s Scrabble art from The Gingerbread House. Her pin is simple but effective in showing what you can do with Scrabble art. Dad’s love trophy’s don’t they? Well, Heather’s craft from Mrs Mactivity shows you how to make a Father’s Day trophy from a template that you can colour in. The pin showcasing the trophy is fantastic. It shows you a finished trophy and a small image of the template.

If you are looking for Father’s Day card ideas, Angela from The Inspiration Edit has this cute dog card you can make from a few simple items. The pin is visually stunning. It’s perfect for dog-loving Dad’s.

    Summer Fashion

Nicole over at Tales From Mamaville is sharing with us the best Summer fashion holiday trends. The swimwear collection will give you brilliant ideas for your holiday. Nicole’s pin is fashionable, reminding you of long Summer days, but also letting us know what her pin is all about. High street fashion is reachable for many of us and Simone over at Sim’s Life shares with us what you can buy this Summer over on the high street. The pin shows us on the rack as well as being modeled.

If you are looking for ideas on refreshing your husband’s wardrobe. Emma over at Emma Reed has great ideas that will last for years to come. Her pin shows us the clothes and how they are worn. Becky from A Beautiful Space shows us the fashion trends for men this Summer, her pin explains this perfectly. It’s bold, to the point and eye-catching.
