Nadine Hill, blogger at JuggleMum and BritMums’ Blog Editor has been sharing her experiences of being a member at Nuffield Health.

Looking back to the start of the year — when it was cold and dark and I was feeling sluggish after Christmas — I compare that to now, when I’m a dress size smaller and almost a stone lighter. I am really glad that I have been a member of Nuffield Health and thoroughly thrown myself into everything that this health club has to offer.
However it is not the changes to my appearance that I am most pleased with; it is the fact that I haven’t had a body ache or pain for weeks – other than when my muscles are talking to me during a workout! As we get older, we often develop stiffness and aches in our bodies, but I have had none of this for ages. I love that I have a great range of movement in my joints and my posture has improved. Feeling fitter and healthier have been my greatest benefits, but I also enjoy that my jeans are fastening up again and my husband has complimented my figure on a few occasions!
I have discussed my “gym journey” in my previous posts and provided a few tips, from finding the time to exercise to doing a variety of exercises to prevent boredom and I’ve also shared some tips for staying motivated. By reading about my experience, you can hopefully find a few ways that you too can carve out some time for yourself — always tricky for busy parents.
