The first week back from a holiday for me equals madness. It seems as if I am running uphill all week only to arrive at Friday and feeling like you have achieved nothing. So next week is looking a toughie already.
It’s the time of year for sorting out the garden, starting the DIY projects that have been in mind for a while and clearing out cluttered cupboards – yes that again. Although I started the year remarkably well with my Magic of Tidying up and clearing out, the whole project seems to have come to a screeching halt over the winter / spring and it’s time I picked it up again and completed it.
With a Bank Holiday weekend on the horizon it’s time I got my home ship shape ready to enjoy lazy evenings in the sunshine, right?
One post I did manage to write up this week was about our trip to the Cinderella exhibition in Leicester Square over the Easter break, it was a fascinating moment to get up close with the costumes and props used in the film, learn about the creative process from imagination through to completion and of course the twins adored it.
