It’s a pretty dull Friday where I am sitting but I have been assured of a heatwave this weekend so bring on the sunshine.
Who’s got plans?
I have, I have!
I’m off on a cruise ship dah-ling which may be a tad exaggerated. Let me explain.
BritMums Live participants – remember the Royal Caribbean characters walking around and the family cruise holiday up for grabs? No, I didn’t win that but I have been invited along with lots of other bloggers to Southampton to spend a day (well half a day) on the Independence of the Seas with my family. I am going to be an honorary #RoyalMums for the day and I’m ever-so-excited!
We get to spend time in the amazing onboard H2O park with the kids, make cupcakes – MEET THE CAPTAIN – and watch a mini ice show too. They’re putting on a lunch which for some reason I’m imagining a sumptuous affair in the main dining room – I wonder if I get to sit with the captain? There are so many of us, will we pick straws?
Anyway I shall be sure to share my experience with you via Instagram as much as I can, please do follow me so you can come onboard too.
As for my best post of the week, what takes your fancy? Robbie Williams? Easy peasy Turkey puff parcels or the London Aquarium? Yep, I’ve had a really busy week but check out the Ray in the Ray Lagoon at the London Aquarium and how he’s smiling and waving to camera, such a great photo opportunity. That little fella made my day.
