Ok so it’s not officially till tomorrow but with Hot Cross Buns in the cupboard and Easter Eggs hidden safely we all know it’s Easter time; kids on holiday, house trashed and frazzled parents, come on only two weeks to go!
We had a great fun Hangout with Maggy Woodley earlier on this week, she gives some excellent craft tips that aren’t messy and are very easy to do, so if you need to keep the kids amused for an hour or two check it out.
The BiB nominations are coming in fast and furious please make sure you nominate yourself if you want to be in with a chance, don’t be shy add a badge to your blog so people know you want to be nominated. Talk about it on Twitter or Facebook, if you want it go and get it!
Watch out for an amazing month of round-ups too, if you want to be included in them chat with the editor via their blog, on Twitter or using the comment system as they are always on the lookout for interesting contributions so again, don’t be shy.
I don’t know about you but I am really looking forward to some warmth now, it seems to have been freezing cold forever, I see the bushes and trees start to bud and blossom in my garden and I’m itching to get my potatotes planted – a brand new project for me which I have no idea how it will work out but a girl’s gotta have a go, right?
My best post of the past week has to be the video I put together for the #TeamHonk Snowdon climb
If you haven’t yet used video on your blog, it does add a new dimension and if you want to show how to cook or craft it can be really helpful in your explanations. I’ve also used vlogs for travel posts as they give an excellent insight to a holiday. If you were ever considering a Butlins break take a look at my video of our holiday, it’s packed with fun and things to do.
Of course the newest medium is audio and in case you missed it there’s an excellent post on How to create audio. I have yet to try this but it looks good.
Right over to you, choose your best post from the past week and add it to the Linky below, if you have a moment try and visit another couple and leave a little comment love.
Have yourselves a wonderful Easter and see you same time same place next week
