Well.. Mother’s Day is JUST around the corner…. If you are a teacher or a Dad in charge of sorting out some lovely Mother’s Day “Things” then check out the list below. As a mother, I LOVE getting homemade cards and a homemade gift. Nothing to fancy, just made with love. (I also love a lie, a cup of tea and if I can push it a bacon sarnie in bed… hope that has been noted).
But without further ado, here are some great ideas for Mother’s Day:
Get the kids sewing – make these super simple felt hearts – if you want you can fill them with lavender too!
Bath bombs always go down a treat. Make an extra batch as a teacher’s gift or for Granny too!
Spring is in the air, so a gardening orientated mum (or just flower loving) may LOVE these clever egg shell seed bombs!
Or make mum a FUNKY moustache brooch – easy to do and looks great!
Or push the boat out and assemble this fantastic Pamper Hamper! Looks fab.
Love is not just for Valentine’s Day. This Salt Dough decoration would be FANTASTIC as a mother’s Day gift too.. say aaaaah.
Similarly make her some of these cute cute cute Thumbprint Magnets!
Or give mum this ever lasting bouquet of coffee filter flowers!
Hope you liked out quick selection of fun and relatively simple Mother’s Day ideas. Would love to hear all about what you enjoy getting from your kids below!
