I want to start a blog but I don’t know where to start.
I have a good idea but I’m frightened I’ll get it wrong?

There is some slightly conflicting information in this video. You can blog on Blogger and own your own domain name yet this isn't the same as self-hosting. Plus, the Blogger dashboard used in this video is very out of date. It has been updated twice since the shown dashboard was used.
