The Benefits of Circles
Circles are a powerful Google+ feature. With so many different people in our lives, we have a lot to share. But we don’t want to share everything with everyone. By dividing our audience into relevant circles just like we do in real life, we can share more content, sending the right things to the right people. Here’s a video from Google+ explaining the different features of circles and how to use them. We like this cute video of a Circles love story too.
How to circle people and create bespoke circles
There are two ways to populate your Google+ circles: First, you can add people to Google+’s readymade relationship circles such as “Family” and “Friends” or second, you can create bespoke circles such as “Foodies” and “Biking Buddies” if your common passions or interests determine what you want to share with them and receive from them.

Circles and your Stream
You can control how much content of each circle fills your stream (news feed) by using the slider on the top right hand side of your profile.

How to remove people from circles
People can exist in more than one circle, and you can add or remove people from circles whenever you like. They’re completely flexible.
To remove someone, go to the circles tab on the left-hand side of your G+ screen. Once there, you can remove them from all circles, or select circles. Here’s how.
How to share your circles and search for publicly shared circles
No one is able to see what circle you’ve put them in, unless of course you choose to share your circle with others or publicly. You can search for publicly shared circles and add them to your circles by searching ‘shared a circle with you’ and then a interest term e.g. ‘recipes’ this will show any public circles relating to this term. There’s also a public circles database which updates with circles shared publicly each day.

You can find publicly shared Circles
