Video Round-up: Festive vlogging

Welcome to December’s round-up vlogging post. How could I not go with a theme all festive? Oh and wow have you vloggers been festive! I was inundated with vlogs of wonderful Christmas sentiments so thank you so much!

First up is a beautiful collection of videos from vloggers about LaplandUK. I wish this had been around when mine were small. The captured moments and excitement are just wonderful. Thank you so much to Charly Dove, Nati Johnson and Laura Seaton’s daughter for sharing your beautiful videos. What wonderful memories and keepsakes these truly are.

For Christmas food inspiration head over to Kirsty Hornblow’s video on making peppermint snowmen – these look adorable and fun to make with the children the week before Christmas. Louise Fairweather has the cutest penguin cupcakes up on her vlog, Jess Ashe shows us how to make the most divine chocolate pretzels and Sarah Cantrell has a great recipe for homemade mincemeat.

As well as food inspiration, there were many Christmas gift guides but two that I’ve chosen to share with you are from Ali Clifford who has a wonderful video on ethical gifts for children and teenagers – some excellent ideas in here if you haven’t yet finished your shopping – and from Hayley Challinor – a wonderful book haul for Christmas.

Continuing with some more festive vlogs, I couldn’t resist sharing these Christmas spirit posts. Lorraine Mulrooney shared the most wonderful video of her daughter being surprised with Christmas festivities – she certainly has the cutest way of saying wow! Lisa Hodson shares her experience of the Berlin Christmas markets. I’ve always wanted to visit a Christmas market and Lisa’s video certainly doesn’t disappoint! Leanne Allerton had me laughing with her SAHM Christmas party – just brilliant! For more laughs you must, must watch Faye Jones’ Christmas Whisper game – this is so funny and for truly festive traditions Nadine Hill has a wonderful video chatting with her daughter about Christmas Eve traditions – very festive and you can just feel the excitement!

Now finally, for a video that can’t fail to make you smile and feel super festive is this one from Talya at Motherhoodreal – you are in for a real treat as she sings for us!
